1 General Introduction and Applicability

3 Deposit, Withdrawal and Payment Policy

3.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount at 10tk is ৳500. All deposits are fully secure and protected by SSL encryption. Accepted payment methods are bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Deposits via any other method are not accepted.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Your account details must be verified before a withdrawal can be made. Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit.

10tk offers new members a 100% first deposit bonus, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example, if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Similarly, depositing ৳42,000 will earn you a ৳20,000 bonus for a total of ৳62,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

To claim the welcome bonus, a 25x wagering requirement must be met. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit plus bonus. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = a total of ৳25,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

• Not all games may contribute equally to the wagering requirement.
• 10tk reserves the right to change bonus terms and conditions.
• If one bonus is active, another bonus will not be activated automatically.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

5 Gaming Rules

• Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

10tk reserves the right to change VIP tier benefits and terms at any time. The cashback amount and transfer timing will be determined by 10tk.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 10tk platform:

• Gaining an unfair advantage through fraud, deception, or any other dishonest means.
• Playing using bots, automated software, or artificial means.
• Conducting money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Accessing another user's account without authorization.
• Carrying out any form of cyberattack on 10tk's systems or network.
• Bonus abuse — collecting bonuses through multiple accounts or any other fraudulent method.
• Harassing or being abusive toward other users.

In the event of any of the above violations, 10tk reserves the right to close the account, forfeit the balance, and take legal action where necessary.
